How do you schedule an appointment?


Simply text “I want to schedule an appointment” along with your primary symptom/complaint and we will contact you quickly to get you registered and scheduled either an in-clinic or telemedicine visit, whichever you prefer. Please be prepared to send us a photo of your driver’s license and insurance card during the registration process. Right now, we require all respiratory symptoms to be handled via telemedicine and our limited contact drive-up sample collection process. How does a telemedicine visit work?


Once you have been registered, we will text you a link to download our HIPAA-compliant app. Please download it to your device or use the desktop application www.sprucehealth.com and set-up your account. Your appointment will then be scheduled. At your shceudled appointment time, we will call you via the Spruce application. You can use your mobile device or the desktop application to speak with our medicla professionals.




What's the cost of service?


Based on your specific insurance coverage, the in-clinic or telemedicine exam normally requires a co-pay. If lab tests are needed, we will bill your insurance. Depending on your coverage, you may be responsible for a portion of the bill.

We treat non-urgent respiratory, gastrointestinal, skin, and urinary conditions, such as:
